Refund policy
The utmost care and love is taken in packaging and preparing your order and I hope all of my products reach you in perfect condition.
However, accidents can happen in transit. If a product arrives damaged /faulty in anyway please contact us immediately, letting us know the issue alongside clear photographs of the damaged/faulty product. The issue will then be dealt with appropriately.
Any product that is custom or personalised is STRICTLY NOT REFUNDABLE as it has been made bespoke for the order.
